Val de Vie Utilities to replace Voltano
Val de Vie is a world-leading residential and lifestyle estate, so service delivery is one of our top priorities. A high level of service ensures that residents enjoy unparalleled convenience and comfort in their daily lives.
A strategic partnership between Netelek (a specialist utility management company), Val de Vie has resulted in the formation of the Val de Vie Utilities (VDVU) company. Ultimately, VDVU will drive our strategic Energy Master Plan (EMP) to provide a stable and uninterrupted power supply in the medium term. Partnering with these industry experts will lead to transparent, accurate, and vastly improved services.
As a starting point, VDVU is takeing over the electricity and water metering from Voltano by 1 December. In the interim, Val de Vie Utilities with Netelek and Rural Maintenance, is conducting an electricity infrastructure audit across the Estate. The audit will be followed by crucial upgrade and maintenance work to ensure our infrastructure supports a world-class service.
